ScholarshipPark grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, search, and bookmark educational funding opportunities for your individual, non-commercial education planning purposes.

Educational advisors, guidance counselors, and teachers are permitted to use ScholarshipPark to counsel students, provided that no advisory fees or surcharges are charged specifically for providing ScholarshipPark listings or links.

3. Prohibited Activities

When utilizing ScholarshipPark, you expressly agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or scripts to systematically harvest database entries or replicate our directory on commercial competitors without written permission.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication safeguards, rate limits, or network security controls.
• Impersonate university admissions officials, scholarship committee members, or ScholarshipPark staff.
• Transmit any unsolicited marketing communications, fraudulent grant listings, or malicious software.
• Claim endorsement, partnership, or agency representation on behalf of ScholarshipPark without a formal partnership contract.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ScholarshipPark is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScholarshipPark disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular academic purpose, accuracy of deadline information, or continuous uptime.

Under no circumstances shall ScholarshipPark, its operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your reliance on any scholarship listing, (b) a missed deadline or altered qualification criteria, or (c) your interactions with external university admissions offices.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The ScholarshipPark logo, website design, UI layout, custom algorithms, and editorial compilations are the intellectual property of ScholarshipPark. All university names, institution crests, and trademarks referenced on the platform belong to their respective registered owners and are cited strictly under fair use for identification and educational attribution.
